These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services, websites, products, and communications provided by Gyzor AI LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Communications and SMS
If you use our services for SMS or MMS messaging, you must comply with A2P 10DLC and other applicable messaging rules. Every campaign must provide clear opt-out instructions such as "Reply STOP to unsubscribe". If a recipient texts "STOP", "CANCEL", "END", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT", messaging to that recipient must stop unless they opt in again.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for providing accurate information. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit through our services. You grant us a limited license to use that content only as needed to provide the requested service.
4. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell your content or customer data. Information submitted through the site may be used to respond to your request, generate your AI consultant output, or support follow-up communications.
5. Disclaimers
Our services are provided as is. We do not guarantee a specific revenue result, software outcome, or business performance improvement unless separately stated in a written agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gyzor AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
